Please note there are no 3-day or virtual registrations available for EAFS 2025.

Conference Workshops

Conference workshop proposals are still being reviewed. As soon as they are selected, they will be added to the conference registration form. Delegates who have registered before the workshops are added, will be notified and emailed details on how they can access their registration record and add a workshop to their booking.

ENFSI Annual Board Meeting 2025

Please note that if you are registering for the ENFSI Annual Board Meeting 2025 you are asked to register through a dedicated Board Member registration link. If you are a permanent member of ENFSI attending the ENFSI Annual Board Meeting, the link to register will be provided by the ENFSI Secretariat on 8th January 2025. This link will allow you register for just the Annual Board Meeting or the Annual Board Meeting and full conference combined.

Payments and Cancellation

  • Payments must be made in advance of the conference by credit card or by bank transfer in which case the participant/remitter is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment. If the payment is not successful the registration will not be valid until full payment has been received. Further details are available on the payment page of our online registration form.
  • For payment with bank transfers, please remember that all taxes and fees are borne by the sender. Bank transfers are liable for an administration fee of €25. Please note there is no administration fee for payments by MasterCard or Visa.
  • Notification of cancellation must be made by email and sent to registration@eafs2025.org.
  • Cancellation of registration refers to complete and/or partial cancellation of registrations, workshops, social
    events and accommodation. Cancellation fees are incurred as follows:

    Cancellations received prior to 24th February 2025 – full refund less administration fee of €50
    Between 25th February 2025 and 14th April 2025 – 50% refund less administration fee of €25
    After 15th April 2025 – No refund for full/partial cancelled registrations

  • Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat at registration@eafs2025.org as soon as possible.

Visa Requirements

  • Registration confirmation letters for travel visa application purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process and paid in full. Delegates have the opportunity to request a letter on the online registration form.

Insurance

  • The organizers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, inability to travel, medical costs and injury. EAFS 2025 and/or the conference organizers will not accept any responsibility for any delegate failing to take out adequate insurance.
